Conveyor rollers Heavy-Duty
Our conveyor roller concept consists essentially of standard components, but can be customized as needed. Nearly all of the single components for different variants are in stock, which guarantees fast availability also of replacement parts and large quantities. All conveyor roller modules are easy to install and feature high operating reliability and low maintenance requirements.
We will be glad to optimise existing designs or manufacture conveyor rollers based on your needs.
WF Modular system
- All single components are kept in stock and therefore are also available as replacement parts
- Only the shafts and tubes are manufactured to customer specifications
- Classic mounting in the side cheek by means- of key faces
- No welding seams due to form-fitting standard components
- Also available with antistatic/electrically conductive TPU band
Modular conveyor roller M-Flex
The specially developed M-Flex conveyor roller from Walther Flender is mounted by means of key faces in the side cheeks. The special shape of the hub body prevents slipping of the band in all degrees of freedom.
Possible designs:
- Conveyor roller D = 125mm, D = 140mm; Width = 50mm, 60mm, 70mm
- Conveyor roller without flange, also available with one-sided or two-sided bolt-on flange
